BDT Parent's Club will hold a meeting on Monday, June 7th (current members) and Wednesday June 9th (potential new members) in order to go over the details of next years BDT Company Dance.  Auditions, as well as the 2010/11 Company Agreement and Estimated Expenses sheet will be discussed.

 

The meeting is MANDATORY for all parents of 2010-2011 Company Dancers.  Meetings must be attended by the parent/legal guardian of the company dancer (s), no designated representatives will be allowed as substitutes.  You must sign in that you have attended a meeting, and gotten all the information, in order for your child to audition for the 2010/11 Company Dance.  



We encourage you to attend the meeting designed for your particular situation (ex. new members come to mew member meeting), but if you MUST attend the other meeting offered you may.  Please notify me at coffee_talk_with_liz@hotmail.com and let me know ahead of time.  If you have a "special circumstance" that prohibits you from attending any meeting, please contact me.  I will gladly work with you in order to provide the necessary information.



A Parents Club representative will be available on Thursday night, June 17th, 5 - 7 pm to answer any questions you may have after you have attended a meeting.
