I DANCE
I dance for the love
I dance even when I feel pain
I dance knowing there's something to gain
I dance for the love
I dance for me
I dance for everyone to see
I dance for the love
I dance as the sunshine
I dance hoping you will be mine
I dance for the love
I dance with words to say
I dance all day
I dance for the love
I dance even when you leave
I dance and still believe
I dance for the love

BDT's teen and senior company members recently
went to Vegas for West Coast Dance Explosion Nationals.
The experience was amazing for all. Not only did we have
fun at the pool and on the "party bus" but even better
our senior girls, McCall Scofield, Ashley Brown, aylor Schmelzle,
Chandler Kitchens, Avery Miller, and Maddie Shepherd, also won 5th place in the NATION!
Congratulations girls, we are so proud of you all!
Now, who is ready for next year???
Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 10:55AM What I want to see in a student when very young is for them to enjoy their dance classes and to show potentiality that they love it. Then as time goes on, they form a true passion for dance. This is where the discipline and desire begin to take over. You cannot be lazy and if you want to be a dancer, it's a lot of hard work and you have to make sacrifices. I have trained dancers for 39 years and have former students who have moved on to pursue careers in dance as well as many others with careers other than dance all over the world. To grow up training in a dance studio and to have the desire to be a well trained dancer will give students time management skills, most times it will improve their grades, and teach them life lessons that can never be forgotten!
